Feel Prepared Before Birth and Supported After Baby Arrives.

Pregnancy and the early postpartum weeks are filled with excitement, questions, decisions, and moments of uncertainty. Whole Mama Wellness provides personalized, evidence-based support to help you prepare for birth and feel cared for as you adjust to life at home with your newborn.

What Birth Support Includes

Every family’s needs are different. This service provides personalized preparation before your baby arrives and practical, compassionate support once you return home.

Before Birth

Your support begins with two prenatal meetings, each lasting approximately 90 minutes. Meetings can take place virtually or in your home.

Together, we can:

  • Discuss your birth preferences and questions

  • Create a personalized birth plan

  • Prepare for labor and the unexpected

  • Plan and pack your hospital bag

  • Discuss infant feeding preparation

  • Make sure you have the essentials you need

  • Review the setup of items such as your car seat and bassinet

  • Help you feel more prepared for bringing your baby home

After Birth

Once your baby arrives, your support continues with a postpartum visit in your home and follow-up communication.

Postpartum support may include:

  • Checking in on how you and your baby are adjusting

  • Providing infant feeding support

  • Answering questions about the early postpartum period

  • Offering practical newborn and transition support

  • Giving you a safe, judgment-free space to talk

  • Allowing you time to shower or care for yourself while your baby is safely supported

  • Connecting you with additional professionals or resources when needed

WHAT TO EXPECT

Personalized Care With Clear, Practical Support

Here to Support You, Not Take Over

My role is to provide education, preparation, encouragement, and practical support before and after your baby’s birth.

I can help you better understand your options, organize your birth preferences, prepare your home, and feel more confident about the transition ahead. After your baby arrives, I am there to check in on you, answer questions, provide feeding support, and help you adjust to life at home with a newborn.

I do notreplace your OB, midwife, pediatrician, or other medical providers, and I do not diagnose conditions or make medical decisions for you.

Important Labor Support Information

I do not currently provide in-person or on-call support during labor and birth.

If you would like someone present during labor, I can help connect you with a doula who provides that service separately. Your doula would be responsible for on-call availability and labor support.

As a Registered Nurse, Childbirth Educator, Fitness Professional, and mom of three, I bring together healthcare experience, evidence-based education, and a personal understanding of motherhood.

My goal is not to tell you how your experience should look. It is to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported as you make decisions for yourself and your family.

Prepare for Birth With Someone in Your Corner.

You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for support.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by your birth plan, unsure what you need at home, concerned about feeding, or simply want a knowledgeable and compassionate person to guide you through the transition, Whole Mama Wellness is here to help.
